Branding for Progretec,
Job Retraining Programme

Technological change will increasingly affect the organization of companies, occupational profiles and therefore the labor market. Taking advantage of the opportunities that this will generate, will mean we have to work from now on promoting the acquisition, adaptation and generation of new capacities both at the company and worker levels. By virtue of this, the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Uruguay and INEFOP have agreed to implement the “Labor Reconversion Program within the framework of technological incorporation and environmental sustainability” aimed at the Commerce and Services sector (PROGRETEC).

We were inspired by the hashtag as a formal element for the development of the visual identity, where each color corresponds to one of the four Progretec working pillars, Black (innovation), Orange (HR), Yellow (Training) and Green (environment).
