We recycled an old house from 1881 in Pueblo Garzón for the creators of Alium. We decided to approach the project with the least possible impact on the structure of the house and with the minimum use of new materials.

The walls were preserved except for the structural arrangement areas. The result is a house with unique character and originality in the use of textures and materials.
